The Erie County Continuum of Care and Erie County Department of Human Services is committed to client privacy and assuring that consumer information is kept confidential.  Service provider staff are trained in HMIS procedures and must abide by policies to protect clients at all cost.  The following are HIMS polices, procedures, and forms that have been adopted for HMIS usage.
